Booking, Cancellations & Refund Policy
All classes, memberships, and packages purchased at Reform & Glow are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By purchasing a class, package, or membership, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy.
Cancellations
A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.
Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
No refunds will be given in place of missed sessions.
Validity
All class credits and packages must be used within their stated validity period. Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted solely at management discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Medical Exceptions
Credit extensions may be considered in cases of serious illness or injury upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. Refunds will not be issued.
Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a payment dispute for services properly delivered in accordance with our stated policies. Any disputes must be raised directly with Reform & Glow.
