Membership T&C’s
- Unused classes within either the Reform Standard, Reform Core and Reform Essential memberships, do not roll over to the following month.
- Payment is collected automatically each month via your selected payment method.
- Members are responsible for booking their classes via the online scheduling system. Classes can be booked at any available time during the month, subject to availability.
- There is no joining fee required to begin the membership.
- You may cancel your membership at any time with a minimum of one month’s notice. Notice must be given in writing to info@reformandglow.co.uk
- Late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) or no shows will result in the class being deducted from your monthly allowance.
- Payments are billed monthly from the date of sign-up. Failed payments may result in a pause or cancellation of your membership.
- We reserve the right to update membership terms with advance notice. Any changes will be communicated via email, on our social pages or on our website.
