Founder/Studio ManagerAs the founder of Reform & Glow, Jodie is passionate about creating a welcoming, community-driven space where clients feel supported and inspired. As a former professional dancer and Personal Trainer, Jodie blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of movement.
Her mission is to help people of all abilities build strength, improve confidence, and reconnect with their bodies through thoughtful, personalised Pilates instruction.

Reformer Pilates InstructorMovement has always been a big part of Mia’s life. Growing up dancing, she developed a love for how the body moves and the positive impact it has on both physical and mental wellbeing. This passion naturally led her to teaching -first dance, then Pilates. Mia discovered Pilates at dance college, where she experienced how it improves strength, posture, and overall wellness. As an instructor, she’s passionate about helping others build confidence and find that same joy in movement, feeling stronger, more aligned, and moving with ease. Her favourite reformer exercise? Definitely a lunge series, especially the curtsey lunge (always with pulses!).
