    While offering a moderate challenge, it's suitable for all levels and modifications are provided so you can progress at your own pace.

    Reform confidence is perfect for those who feel nervous, self-conscious, or simply prefer a gentler introduction to Pilates.

  • Reform Mum & Me

    Reform mum & me is perfect for you and your little one when childcare is tricky! We get that you maybe don't get much time for yourself or even manage to get out to meet other mums.

    This class is perfect for those looking to rebuild some strength, whilst distressing and taking some time out. Simply bring along your 3 - 9 month old* and enjoy a 30 minute reformer class and then 15 minutes to relax and chat with other mums. *one baby only per person

    Our men only Reformer class focuses on building strength and improving mobility in a supportive environment.

    Each session is designed to enhance core stability, improve posture, and boost athletic performance, helping you move better, train smarter, and recover faster, whether in the gym, on the field, or in everyday life
