Finding The Right Class For You

  • Reform Beginner

    Reform Beginner is tailored for those who are completely new to Reformer Pilates or those looking to build confidence with the fundamentals. This beginner-friendly class offers a supportive introduction to both the reformer and key Pilates principles, with your instructor guiding you carefully through each movement and explaining how to use the equipment safely and effectively.

    Expect a challenging but doable class focused on learning technique, improving posture, building core strength, and developing body awareness in a welcoming and encouraging environment. Modifications and guidance will always be provided, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

  • Reform Intermediate

    Reform Intermediate is designed for clients who have a solid understanding of the Reformer and Pilates foundations and are ready for more challenge and progression. Building on the basics, this class introduces more dynamic movement patterns, increased resistance, balance challenges, coordination work, and stronger transitions between exercises.

    Expect a more flowing class designed to enhance strength, stability, endurance, and control while continuing to refine technique. While still supportive and accessible, this class moves at a slightly faster pace and may include more advanced options and progressions throughout.

  • Reform Mixed Level

    Reform Mixed Level is designed for clients of varying experience levels and offers a balanced class suitable for both confident beginners and more experienced movers. The class incorporates a mixture of foundational exercises and progressions, with options provided throughout to allow each client to work at a level that feels right for them.

    Expect a welcoming and supportive environment focused on improving strength, posture, mobility, and overall body control. Instructors will offer both regressions and progressions throughout class, meaning you can choose to challenge yourself further or keep things more foundational depending on your experience, confidence, and how your body feels that day.

  • Reform Mum & Me

    Reform Mum & Me is perfect for you and your little one when childcare is tricky! We get that you maybe don't get much time for yourself or even manage to get out to meet other mums.

    This class is perfect for those looking to rebuild some strength, whilst destressing and taking some time out. Simply bring along your 2 - 9 month old* and enjoy a 30 minute reformer class and then 15 minutes to relax and chat with other mums. *one baby only per person
