What should I wear to class?
Grip socks are a must for safety and stability! However, don’t worry, we’ve got them available for purchase at the studio if you need a pair. Aside from that, just wear your favourite activewear that allows you move and feel your best!
How big are the classes?
Our classes are capped at 8 reformers - just the right number to spark great group vibes while keeping the experience personal, supportive, and instructor-focused.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring along a water bottle and a towel if you think you’ll need one. Forgot your water? No worries, you can grab one at the studio for just 50p. We’ll take care of everything else!
I’ve never done Reformer Pilates before, which class should I start with?
We recommend starting with our Reform Beginner or Reform Confidence class. They're the perfect intro to help you get to grips with the basics and start building confidence from day one!
I’m pregnant, can I come to class?
If you are pregnant, you may attend up to 14 weeks, provided you have received clearance from your doctor. Unfortunately, we cannot accept participants beyond 14 weeks of pregnancy.
Where is the studio located?

How do I book?
Booking couldn’t be easier via our online booking system. You can either download our ‘reform & glow’ app from the app store or Google Play or head directly to our website
How far in advance can I book classes?
Classes are bookable up to 4 weeks in advance, on either our ‘Reform and Glow’ app or via our website.
Is parking available?
Parking is available at Junction Road Car Park (LE18 1PF). Please note charges apply between 8am & 6pm Monday - Sunday. Various residential parking is available in the surrounding area.
Do you offer any ladies only or men only classes?
Yes! We currently have 14 ladies only classes on our timetable at times to suit all, so you can relax & workout in an environment you feel comfortable in. We also currently have 1 mens only class on a Monday at 6:30pm. There are various mixed classes on the timetable where everyone is welcome.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens, but please try to provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel. This helps you keep your class credit and gives others on the waitlist a chance to join. The easiest way to manage your bookings is through our app!
How early should I arrive to class?
Please aim to arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before class begins, especially if it's your first time, so we can ensure you're properly set up. For everyone's safety and focus, the doors will be locked once class starts.
Do the class passes expire?
Yes, however, the expiry period varies depending on the pack you purchase. We recommend visiting our ‘Prices & Memberships’ page for the specific expiry details of each option and terms and conditions.
How do the memberships work?
Our memberships require a minimum one-month commitment, with no joining fee. You'll receive a set number of classes each month, which do not roll over if unused. A one-month notice period is required for cancellation. Visit our ‘Prices & Memberships’ page for more information and terms and conditions.
