Reform Annual Pass T&C’s
- The Reform Annual Membership include 150 reformer Pilates classes over a 12-month period. Members can use their classes at any time during the year, subject to class availability.
- The total fee is £1,500, payable in full at the time of sign-up. This breaks down to £10 per class, offering significant savings over standard rates.
- Members are responsible for booking classes via our online booking system and app. - Classes must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Unused classes at the end of the 12-month term will expire and are non-refundable.
- There is no joining fee required to begin the membership.
- We do not currently offer membership pauses, but you may contact us in exceptional cases (e.g. injury, pregnancy) to discuss options. Please contact inf@reformandglow.co.uk
- This membership is non-transferable.
- If you wish to cancel early, you may request a partial refund, subject to the following terms:
- A £50 admin fee will be charged. -
You’ll be charged £10 per class used (the same discounted rate the membership is based on).
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
- No refunds will be issued after 6 months from the start date unless in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical, relocation) to be discussed on a case by case basis.
- Late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) or no shows will result in the class being deducted from your allowance.
- Payments are billed monthly from the date of sign-up. Failed payments may result in a pause or cancellation of your membership.
- We reserve the right to update membership terms with advance notice. Any changes will be communicated via email, on our social pages or on our website
